As many of you know, Haver, Boulder's Rabbinical Council, has been working with Mountain View Memorial Park for plots in the Jewish area of the cemetery, and the synagogues are no longer selling these plots as they can be purchased directly from Mountain View/Crist Mortuary. We negotiated some special pricing in a five year agreement that expires at the end of February 2020 and the prices will increase by three percent on March 1st 2020.
We wanted to share this update in the event that anyone wanted to purchase plots at these prices before that increase. If so, you can contact the cemetery directly on (303) 442-4448. Making these arrangements pre-need alleviates much emotional stress for loved ones. It allows them to benefit from the cost savings as well.
Feel free to contact us if you have questions.

We are delighted to have partnered with the Boulder JCC, Congregation Bonai Shalom, and Adventure Judaism to create an opportunity to experience Israel as a Boulder Community Wide Trip. It is a sign of our mutual respect for one another and our commitment to a strong Boulder area Jewish community that we sought to bring people to Israel to strengthen our relationships and understandings.
I am writing because the deadline is rapidly approaching. We need to register by December 27. Our contact for the program is Shari Schnee at the JCC (and beloved congregant here!). Visit the itinerary and register here.
I hope you will consider going. It would be an incredible celebration to have folks from different parts of our Boulder Jewish community travel to Israel together.
Shalom!
