2025 CHHS Summer Camp Scholarship Request

Please complete this Scholarship Request Form by April 6, 2025.  Because funds are limited, we unfortunately cannot guarantee scholarships for everyone, but we will do our very best to provide financial assistance in order to ensure your child can attend CHHS. 
Please enter the scholarship amount you are requesting.  As a reminder each CHHS session for the 2025 summer is $485.00.
If you are receiving a scholarship from another congregation, please enter that amount. 
***Please note that scholarship priority is given to Har HaShem families as membership dues help to underwrite our youth programs.
